How does booking work without a salesperson?
Every departure has a fixed date, fixed price and published itinerary. You review everything online and reserve your seat directly — no quote requests and no calls required to get started.
Do you offer both private packages and group trips?
Yes — we welcome solo travelers, couples, and groups of friends! While Zeparture is highly popular for solo travelers, our batches are designed for anyone who wants a curated group experience. Accommodation is on a twin/triple sharing basis, and solo travelers are paired with fellow travelers from the same batch (avoiding any solo-supplement markup).
How do I pay, and is it secure?
Seats are reserved with an online deposit through a secure payment gateway. The balance is collected as per the schedule shared at the time of booking.
What if my destination isn't live yet?
Destinations marked "On-request" or "Coming Soon" can be requested directly — tap "Notify Me" or "Request This Trip" and we'll reach out as soon as a batch is being formed.
What's the cancellation & refund policy?
Cancellation and refund terms are shared in full at checkout before you pay your deposit, so there are no surprises — message us on WhatsApp if you'd like to see them ahead of booking.
