Full Refund if Cancelled
If we cancel a batch due to under-booking, you get 100% of your deposit back within 7 business days.
Capped Batch Sizes
We strictly enforce a 12–16 limit per batch to maintain group quality and logistics.
Respect the Group
We reserve the right to remove travelers who engage in disruptive or disrespectful behavior.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or booking through Zeparture ("we", "us", "the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or make a booking. These terms apply to all users, travelers, and visitors of the Zeparture platform.

Booking & Reservations
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit amount as communicated at the time of reservation. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Zeparture reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a departure if the minimum group size is not achieved. In such cases, a full refund of all amounts paid will be issued. By making a reservation, you confirm that all traveler information provided is accurate and that you meet all entry requirements for the destination.

Payments & Pricing
All prices displayed on the Zeparture website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are fixed and published upfront — the price you see is the price you pay, subject to the inclusions and exclusions listed on each departure page. Zeparture reserves the right to update pricing for future batches; confirmed bookings will not be affected by price changes. Payments must be completed through our designated payment gateway.

Cancellations & Refunds

Inclusions & Exclusions
Each departure page clearly lists what is and is not included in the package price. It is the traveler's responsibility to review these lists carefully before booking. Zeparture is not responsible for costs arising from items listed under "Exclusions," including but not limited to international flights, visa fees, travel insurance, personal expenses, and any meals not explicitly mentioned.

Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel documents (passport, visas, health certificates). Travelers are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow travelers, the trip captain, and local communities. Zeparture reserves the right to remove any traveler from a departure for conduct that endangers, harasses, or significantly disrupts other group members, without any refund obligation.

Limitation of Liability
Zeparture acts as an organizer and coordinator of group travel experiences. We work with third-party vendors including hotels, transport providers, and activity operators. Zeparture is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or vendor failures.

Zeparture may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
